The FCM Board of Directors is an important governance mechanism to oversee the various activities carried out by its members. The primary role of the FCM Board of Directors is to provide strategic guidance, direction and advice for the organization.
The Board is comprised of men and woman representing years of experience in Humanitarian Aid Work around the globe and takes final decisions on policy, organizational strategy and Guidelines revisions.
Franz KONRAD, Austrian, has been working with Youth Outreach Programs in Europe, Asia and Africa for the last 40 years. Through his administrational skills he has headed up numerous Humanitarian Aid Projects on three continents.
Iris RICHARD, German, is a counselor in Kenya, where she has been a community volunteer for the past 15 years for Family Care Missions. She has experience in working as a nurse and teacher in Asia and has been engaged in Aid work for over 30 years.
Sally AGALLO, Kenyan, is an HIV/AIDS counselor, working with a medical organization in Kenya for over 11 years. She has been a community volunteer with Family Care Missions since 2000 where she spends part-time helping in the different Humanitarian Aid projects all over Kenya.
